Writing stories and creating millions of characters, as a writer you are able to make each and every one unique and individual in every way.
You know their dreams, goals, and even their hardships.
Often times, putting so much of our energy into these people, we forget to put energy into the care of ourselves.
Which is why, I've created a gratitude journal to support you on your journey to writer growth!
I, for one, never saw the point in practicing gratitude, but, as a writer, I realized that my mental health was very important because without my mind, my greatest tool, I was limited and living in the imagination that I have, I only knew limitless.
A Writer's Gratitude is a small practice each day as little or as much time as needed, but line by line, such as a book, nurture and care will lead to growth and revolutionary ideas.
Remember, Writer, the world needs your stories, but we need you more.
So please, take a moment, and take care.
